Brethren Care Service

We are a partner church with Brethren Care. Our bi-monthly schedule is as follows:

March 11 - 2:15 p.m.
May 13 - 2:15 p.m.
July 8 - 2:15 p.m.
September 9 - 2:15 p.m.
November 11 - 2:15 p.m.

 

Ashland County Food Bank

The following is the list of items currently needed. All other non-perishable food items are also accepted year round. We have a tote located in the hall underneath the mailboxes for you to conveniently place these items. Thanks for supporting others!

Mission Statement

Mobilizing the church in mission through prayer, education, giving, and interactive experiences. 

Our missions service is usually the second Sunday of each month at 6:00 p.m. under the leadership of Pat Martin.

Our Youth Mission Coordinator is Cindy Beecher. She will be helping our teens learn to put Love in Action during their NYI meetings on Sundays at 6 p.m..

Our Children's Mission Coordinator is Grace Reichardt. The children in grades 1-6 will be learning about the Eurasia Region. They meeting during the summer on Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

Our Kindergarten Mission Coordinator is Anna Mae Beecher. They meet the first Sunday of each month at 10:30am.

      

What does NMI have to do with missionaries?

NMI is involved cooperatively in the life cycle of a missionary along with the World Mission Dept., the region, the district, and the local church.

  • NMI assists in sending missionaries to the field.

  • NMI supports missionaries in the field.

  • NMI welcomes missionaries when they return for home assignment.

  • NMI helps equip missionaries to return to the field.

  • NMI helps provide for retirement needs.

  • NMI helps develop future missionaries.

  • NMI prays for missionaries.

  • NMI educates individuals & the congregation as to the missionaries' works in the field.
